Military Family Appreciation Day at the Zoo

This time-honored tradition allows Central Alabama to honor our local hometown heroes and their families. Every year, more than 2,000 military officials and their families attend this popular appreciation day event at the Montgomery Zoo. This special event is a special time to connect with the men, women and families who serve our nation.  Because of COVID-19, the event will span three days: June 14, 15, 16. Only 1,000 tickets will be available each day, so registration is required and is free with a valid Military ID.
